Bruce Mathews, Kansas City-based photographer and president of the Mount Washington Historical Society, and Judith King, Mount Washington Historical Society board member, contacted me to design their historical book about the beautiful Mount Washington Cemetery. Over a year in the making, the book was published in Fall 2020.

My role in this project was to take Bruce Mathews’ amazing photographs and pair them with the copy written by many contributors and edited by Anne Canfield. I worked with Judy to define the design direction. At more than 300 pages, this truly was a team project.
